I think the logical choice is the Embassy.  Most of the others can be had/built one way or the other.  The Embassy, like the NR Bird, is something that nobody is doing right now.  And we should get them in Inverness Green!

Well with my vote the Embassy has almost 50% of the total, and with nineteen votes total we've almost got enough for an order...............................Ok you ten non Embassy voters, submit to the will of the masses!                                                Does 19 qualify as a mass?

Cheers!

Count me in on an Embassy bass.  BaCH would have to make some rings for those Artces, though.  It would look a little funny without them.

A long-scale Explorer would be cool, too. I don't have space/money for another bass EXCEPT for an Explorer..........

OK Gary, now in most things you hold a good deal of credibility but when it comes to unbiased comments about an Embassy...........  NOT!

The Embassy does seem the logical next step. I would love to see a Triumph bass but the logistics of that might be a bit far fetched.

I marvel how people volunteer for what is essentially the most unbalanced bass in the world!

I think the Thunderbird is at the front of the line for unbalanced.  The Embassy hangs a little better, but still has that neck dive reputation.

Until I relocated the front pin, the T-Bird pitched forward like an Olympic cliff diver.

This is really stretching my memory but didnt Leon Wilkesons TB or FB have a faux horn on it to balance it up?

I voted Embassy. that cherry gib red bird pics that were posted at the end of the Bach thread is a beauty. Inverness is cool too. In fact I bought some for the BaCH bird but the finish is better than I expected & I dont need another project
