The cream Jazz and Ricky make a nice combination. I think you have to buy a cream Thunderbird and P too!

OK, had to play some games with ImageShack, but I think I got it!

You dont. Those Ricks could have been 800x600.

OK!

Beautifull!! :-) Someday I will own a black S (not counting the 4001c64 I have now which I will sell someday I guess). Can you tell some more about the black one? I see a hipshot, what age is it, ...?

It's a heavily modified 1989 4003S. I bought it on eBay in 2000 for $650, plus $25 to ship.  ;D It was stock when I bought it, and now it is the perfect bass for me. Starting at the headstock:

4004L truss rod cover
Hipshot D-tuner
Schaller/Rickenbacker straplocks
WD mirrored pickguard
'92 toaster pickup (pre-scatterwound = HOT!)
'06 treble pickup with adjustable pole pieces
vintage style knobs
Hipshot brass boat anchor bridge

I think that's it!

I finally got around to getting the wall mounts hung.  The rec room is a combination music/workout/reading room.

Only one of these is mine. But these are true multiple bass pictures ;-):

Glad to see this thread is still going!

As long as other people's basses aren't off limits, here's a BUNCH of Alembics:

My double-neck and now-sold Exploiter are in there.

Nice Kay, Steve! Have you seen the new reissues? Also basses which look a lot like yours!
