The short scale basses thread is going really nicely - there's a lot of 'em around here!

I've been thinking about taking pictures of multiple basses for a while, and I finally went into the back yard, dragged out a bunch of stands, and took a bunch of pictures! Some of them are kind of standard, like pictures of my Alembics together or pictures of my Gibsons - if you've got any, post them! Here's one of my Alembic shots:


But I took a thematic one too - I give you:

Maybe you already have some group shots, or maybe this thread will inspire you to drag your gear out onto the back porch, or even your floor, and take some new ones!

The theme here is blue with black hardware. I took this picture for the Warwick forum.  There they mistakenly thought the Wick wears the pants..... (With 5 Ricks in the house.)

Blue with black hardware is an awesome theme! One pic that I am kicking myself for forgetting to take yesterday was "brown basses of the '70s" - the doubleneck and Triumph show above together with my '76 Autumnglo 4001. Oh well, maybe next time...

The Warwick is customized with original Warwick hardware (it used to have gold hardware). The Rick is factory MIDnight Blue with BlackTrim.

 Wow,    love that pointy Alembic, pure sweetness there! Love that blue Ricky too, I've never even seen that color on one before, very nice. 
Here of course is my modest group........Except for a recently hatched Fenderbird that has so far, escaped the camera
