This is huge...pretty much every Motown hit not played by James was played by Bob.

Certainly 2/3rds of the MG's did their best and Duane Allman could be pretty "black" in his time...

I guess one of the highest compliments we could pay BB is that he did so much for that classic sound...

If any one hasn't seen it yet, go check out the Funk Brothers documentary - "Standing in the Shadows of Motown".  Great film.
