If he actually wanted to really play it then he's absolved IMHO. Guitars are meant to be played not rot away. You can't and should not take them with you. And they don't turn into maple trees anymore either.

The priest and the docor splutter:

"No", says the jurist, "a most incompetent question, for an amount of 23.000 Dollars of course, after prying the 8.000 and the 5.000 Dollars from his hands you had put there recklessly before!!!"
