Just got back from a gig in our hometown Arnhem. The venue is called Luxor. It's an old movie theatre from the early 1910 era. The acoustics are horrible but it it looks awesome...

We did a support for The Wild Romance who used to be the band of a legendary Dutch rock n roll junkie called Herman Brood.
Brood died ten years ago. The band got back together this year. They've been playing their asses off lately ( 24 gigs in one month)
Their lead guitarist Danny Lademacher is an amazing guitarist. He plays beautiful short solos, to the point and melodic.
Plus he's a very gentle person. I am really thrilled I got to meet him backstage and chat with him before and after the gig.
When I got back home just an hour ago I switched on the TV and there was a concert of Larry Graham live at the North Sea Jazz Festival.
Wow! What a tight band! Great horn section. Great Show. Great way to finish a lovely day
