It looks like they are toning down her "Regular attire"

this is the way I remember her always being dressed

It does not take a lot to figure out why comics is a "male driven" genre.

John, I like the way you think. Your concept of "dressed" for instance.
We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...
From techno seeds we first planted ... evolved a mind of its own ...

Barklessdog

But WOOD it translate to the BIG screen?

uwe

That's a hard-on to answer, really. You can't rule out some stiff resistance. Of course it very much depends on whether the soundtrack is able to generate a lasting ear action.

I'm shocked that a moviemaker would use a live version of a scantily clad cartoon woman as a means of drawing male customers.   What's the world coming to?

uwe

"What's the world coming to?"

Well, to scantily clad women mostly, Dave.

At least John is keeping us abreast of developments.

At least we are staying topside on this, vs. only through the back door, as topics usually head here.

Highlander

This place is going down (hill), rapidly...
The random mind of a Silver Surfer...
If research was easy, it wouldn't need doing...
Staring at that event horizon is a dirty job, but someone has to do it; something's going to come back out of it one day...

How is that different from "Getting Down"?  ;D ;D ;D
There's no such thing as gravity, the earth just sucks!!

Aussie Mark

I really liked January Jones in Mad Men.

Darrol

There are many in this world that call me Darrol, feel free to be apart of that group.

I don't know why people took this so seriously and were so critical.  It was only meant to be a TV series developed from a comic book.  I think it would have been better than "Smallville" that stayed on TV for ten years.  Also, I see nothing wrong at all with those costumes.  I think Adrianne Palicki looked great in those.

Neither do I.
