i usually prefer the 4001/4003 with bind etc. and usually don't like mapleglow.......but that one looks awesome the black hw works on this one.

I've been to the Tower... once... back in '66... Actually I don't really like the vintage style knobs, they are too Fender-y IMHO - they look good on my '77 Jazz and '66 Mustang though  ;).   I kept them on my Shadow to keep it original but I think the ones with the silver disc are more Rickenbackerish. They don't clash with the BT theme because the bridge is also a silvery element inside the black mass of the tailpiece (and the screws are also chrome).
