My Jazz Bass has been with my son for almost a year now - I lose sleep when I think about what his adolescent highly aggressive sweat and his many bracelets and chains will do ...

He's doing a relic job for you.  According to many, that will increase its value.  You might want to loan him a chainsaw and electric drill to augment his work.   :sad:

Probably a trip to London to catch some shows, that I promised him, and a party for his friends, and since he's attending art school in the jazz and classical department, they usually perform at the party. He's already practicing Jaco's rendition of The Chicken.... The only aspect of the original religious bar mitzvah that remains today (among secular Jews) is celebrating turning from child to adolescent at around age 13.
