What should be wrong with Frankie Goes To Hollywood? They had attitude in loads, a very good lead singer and legend even has it that they were originally a hard rock band before Trevor Horn put them through - quite literally - the mixer.

I liked them back then - along with Duran Duran, but FGTH were more "street" (Duran Duran were "art school")
