Some of you may know that I've been working on a book about Gibson basses for quite a few years.
Well, the book is finished! And I can have it printed. The only question is, how many am I going to have printed?
So I need your help. How many of you would be interested in buying the book?

The book consists of 180 pages.
Printed in full colour on 115 grams matt MC. With 300 grams soft cover.
Over 400 pictures of more than 80 different Gibson models (and more than 70 Epiphones).
Each bass has it's own short description with little facts.
It is not a scientific / encyclopedic piece of work, but rather the work of an aficionado.
But it is the only book in the world about Gibson basses! 8)

The price will be € 30,-
Shipping cost depends on where you live (EU and US € 11,50)

The idea is to have the book available within two months from now.
I would like to know who would be interested in buying the book. This is not a sign in list (I may do that later).

Here's a few examples from spreads in the book:

Do you mind if I link this in an Australian bass players forum, Ozbass? There may be a few guys there that may be interested.
Also might be an idea to post in the Thunderbird Club on TB. There are guys there who may also be interested (some of which frequent here, but maybe not all).
Looks good BTW.

€30 = $33.60 today. The way the Euro has been going, it may wind up being less.

chromium

I would gladly support this- I'm in.

Sample pages look great!

Oh yes, please do. Thank you.
I've already posted this over at Talkbass. But a post over there always sinks back a few pages within an hour or so.

I also have a website up, where I will be selling the book. At the moment, there is not much to look at. But I will fill the site when I have the books printed and well.

If you have a flyer, I'll put it on the wall in my shop. Most people in south east Norway is now aware that I have a slight gibson bass fetish going
