FAIR GAME"... King Henry VIII (I think... may predate him) declared that the deer in the parks were his, but if they were within a specific distance of the road, they were "
FAIR GAME"... the walls were put up to stop the Royal deer becoming "
FAIR GAME"...
ALBA (AA-LA-VAA) has her own rules, but the aristocracy jealously guard their birds, so it would not suprise me if the odd 4x4 accidentally strayed off the road and accidentally came across the odd phezzie or two...
Poaching from the aristocracy is a national passtime in the Highlands and Islands...
