Some day, all of this will get out and we will have no one to blame but us.

In the meantime, Mark has offered to bow.

Does this mean the ritual can begin?

Wait , what?!
😂

BASS, Rob!  Get your mind out of the gutter.  Or has it never left?

Is this the right thread for this? Naomi Yang played this in Galaxie 500.

I like it. Einstürzende Neubauten rule!

Yes!  Such a great live band, too.

Anyway. Back to t-birds:

I think that's also a really underrated Cult album.  I've really liked it a lot since it came out in the mid-'90s.

My copy finally arrived today. As expected, it was totally worth the wait. Looks gorgeous.  Thanks, Rob!

Most appealing thing to me about that bass is the seeming lack of fretboard inlays. I hate the dots.

The books were sent as a regular letters without tracking code in order to keep the shipping cost reasonable (€9). If I had sent them with a tracking code the shipping cost would have been €29.
Today I spoke with PostNL (Dutch Postal Services) about the delays. And the lady on the phone told me that they have had huge problems with shipping overseas, because the regular daily flights were all cancelled.
At a certain point they even chose to send some mail via a container ship as an alternative.
Now the flights are slowly picking up again. But there are still huge amounts of mail waiting at the airport to be flown to the USA and Canada.

The delay can amount up to 60 days!
I was devastated when I heard her say that. It means that it may take another month for you (and so many others) to receive the book…

I wish I had better news to bring to you. But this all I can say.

Don't worry about it, Rob.  It'll be worth the wait.

I'll be here all week.  Please tip your bartenders.

Wot, no Second Edition? I want one too!

Besides, you forgot the new "By the Pussy" Grabber BTP signature bass.

Is it orange?

Yeah, those SIT strings are fantastic with the TB+ pickups.

Not your fault or problem, Rob. It'll eventually get here. I ordered a CD and it took over two weeks to get here from Kentucky to NYC. Seemed to sit at my local post office for most of that time.

Nice, Rob! Looking forward to getting mine.

734
Rob's gonna sell out at this rate!

Definitely, but I don't understand the point of the video.  Are they all his basses?

And what's with the inlays on the burst Bicentennial?
