UGH, I'm not into solos - of any type really.  Are drummers so clueless as to not know that the drum solo means - "time to get up and go take a wizz"?   :P  I guess that one of the things that attracted me to punk movement way back when..... no solos

Nice!  One of these is on my wish list.

But, I thought it was an unwritten rule that all multiple bass images here at LBO that were taken with the rear of a vehicle as a backdrop had to be either a Subaru or tank?  I'm not sure if a Toyota is allowed - even if Toyota owns a huge chunk of Subaru  ;)

He's spent a lot of time learning how to carve - not an easy task. He does some beautiful work for sure.  But egads I'm surprised he has all of his fingers the way he worked around the power tools! :o

I'VE GOT IT!!  Gene Simmons "Tribute" !  Fill the pickup routes, sand the top, skin it with some maple veneer, circumcise the head stock, cheap mudbucker, black paint and a little white pinstriping and, voila', you have $1000.00 bass for sale!  ;)  Plus you have your case.

Christmas in Corpus Christi  ???  It's a nice little city but not a real tourist hot spot. 

Incidentally this is the starting point for nice beaches in Texas.  Just across the bridge is Padre Island - a barrier Island that runs all the way to Mexico.  The further south you go the nicer it gets - I've seen pristine blue water at the border several times. 

I'm surprised you didn't opt for Austin - it was still kinda funky in the early 90's.
