Got to see Gregg a couple of times over the last few years.  Always an amazing sounding group live.

Every time I listen to them it makes me want to play in a group with B3.  Then I remind myself that I would probably get stuck helping move the thing and my dreams are crushed.

I can't even tell you how many times I've seen the Allman Bros, maybe 20. Many variations and different players, but always a fantastic and flawless show ;D.

Saw them maybe 15-20 years ago, and it was an amazing show...just good solid tunes and playing.

Highlander

Never saw the classic lineup but met someone at the '77 Skynyrd gig that told me a story of his lasting memory of Woodstock (the smell) and of being at an ABB Filmore East show, with Duane... when I got to meet SRV he told me about seeing Duane and how much he rated him as a player...
I saw them first during the "split-up" era, so Gregg and Cher, DB's Gt Southern, and the truly amazing Sea Level (with Grinderswitch and Dixie Dregs as support), then the Toler Goldflies version at the Rainbow... me and Jackie last saw them at the Hammersmith Odeon with Woody and Warren Haynes... that was '89... not seen them since...
