People have been pooping for quite some time now. It's about time someone stepped up to teach us all how to do it right.
This method is not discussed in any of the training manuals that I'm familiar with, such as "Everyone Goes Poop" and" Everybody Poops". If Germany ever makes another run at taking over the world I'm sure this will be required reading and become the standard method of pooping .

Other than squatting, keeping a good balance of bacterial gut flora is probably more important. Even more so when you have to counter the negative effects of GMO foods and glyphosate from herbicides. I like kombucha for those reasons.
