I'm sure it's a very nice amp, but I don't get the point.  46 pounds = / = convenience of class D.

But not being an amp guru, perhaps there are many other benefits that I'm missing.

I like the concept. Their definition of bi-amping may be odd, but I like to run everything full range (and no horns), and the clean rig/dirty rig thing is something I've done on and off forever. But, I'm suspicious of Class D stuff, and you can't run it under 4 ohms.  :-\
