Looks like a Vigier of some sort:

Good ol' French bass.

Geezer was using Vigier for a while.  I do remember that.

Overend and his notorious swallow bass ...

I've posted this somewhere before. Johnny Paycheck with his Teisco bass, about 50 years ago when he was still George Jones' bassist.

That's mighty fine bass sound from that Teisco!

The Entwistle bass from the Relay video is indeed a Peter Cook instrument:

I couldn't find anything about the lightning bolt bass.
Basses: Gibson lpb-1, Gibson dc jr tribute, Greco thunderbird, Danelectro dc, Ibanez blazer.  Amps: genz benz shuttle 6.0, EA CXL110, EA CXL112, Spark 40.  Guitars: Danelectro 59XT, rebuilt cheap LP copy

Cheers... missed that particular one... the Lightning Bolt is a known one and presently lies in the vaults at Hard Rock... the TRC is an opposite of mine, being WBW whereas mine is BWB sandwich...

Still just a Thunderbird, right?  I like the song, though.  First time I've heard that.

My bad, as you say... I was posting stuff in the T'Bird thread and failed to hit copy for this...

Irritatingly, there is some great stuff with Schenker but he's (Way) using a P almost throughout that era... certainly was when I saw them...
