Yes, my first 4004, the Cii that had been subsequently converted by Mark Gilbert into a 5 string that Paul Boyer currently owns.  The Snowglo Laredo is slated to get Mike Lull T-Bird, Bartolini soapbars, and a few Jazz Bass pickups, as many as I can cram in between the neck and bridge!

The tag said "1 of a kind" - should have gotten a close up of the tag, price was $1999. There wasn't a date on it.
