Hi all. I never heard from Jeff after shipping the bass. No feedback on ebay either. Not yet anyway. Seeing those three beautiful Hamers of course makes me wish I didn't sell it. Especially the blue sparkle II in the middle. Hey Baz how does the Hamer 8 neck compare to the Warmoth you used on Pinky?

Sorry for hi-jacking this older thread but Shark still loves your basses ...  ;D

I like your taste in pickups!  Bet that white one screams.

Is the blue sparkle a Baz build?  Is that an Orville pickup in it?

Beautiful basses!

The Blue Sparkle Hamer KILLS!!! I Loved that bass...But I got Old Red back so I didn't need her any more.. The Hamer is Better than the Warmoth, but the Warmoth was Killer for sure. And al of my bass build usually had Orvilles in them..that was when I had a steady flow of cash coming in. Been broke for a few months...missed a few opportunities to buy parts...figure maybe in a couple of years I can get back on my feel and maybe eventually start playing agin and start building basses again...but it will be a while...

Yes, the blue sparkle and the greenie are Baz build. The Great White is a factory custom order.

Tom Petersson saw a picture of the 12ver I made, Shark and was interested in it!

Is the headstock on the green one a converted 12ver?  Cool looking layout.  What served as the donors for the necks and bridges?

After experiencing the B12S, I'm already starting to eyeball stuff to sell to fund a B4S (assuming I could someday find one).  Its a shame they went under.

Yes the green one is a original 12ver but I'm more into 8 strings these days.
Changed also the tuner heads on all three to save some weight on the neck.
