You need two matched Hiwatts for a sense of balance... either that or you keep walking in circles, or fall over... ;D

Got the L2 head today and I'll walk in circle if I carry it with one hand and Hiwatt with the other.:) It's light.

You could always carry a speaker cab with the L2...?  ;D

I could actually. I got an old Hartke XL series 15" cab for it which isn't very heavy either (the original speaker has been replaced with an EV).

Fascinating... there was a period of time I was interested in having an amp to match my Artist, way back when...

Played it today and it sounds great. Plenty of power for a 100W solid state and when cranking the preamp it even distorted nicely. P bass and some dialing with the midrange frequency I could get the "Red" tone easily. It'll be perfect for my stereo setup with Hiwatt and the 2x12".
