I rather like the Red Baron guitar. The Nazi X is just wrong.
As long as he's into it, he should build these models:
The Pol Pot Special Deluxe
Shadow SS (short scale  ;D)
The Grand Dragon with pearl inlay "KKK" fret markers
The Joe Mengele fretless with twin pickups
Why did Salvador Dali cross the road?
Clocks.

Yikes, I am the last person to be politically correct, but the Nazi thing is way insensitive and really not necessary.

Uwe is so right about how time slowly erases a citizenry's memories and sensitivities.  In the US, we are quickly forgetting all of the sacrifice and foundations laid by the founders of this country.  If you never lost or had to fight for your freedom, you don't appreciate it nor does one see it slipping away.

You mean the native indians?   ;D

Actually, I was thinking of all of the natives who were conquered by the Roman Empire.   ;D

;D  They weren't (all) wiped away, but where integrated in the Roman society and became civilized...Never seen life of Brian?

And i'm only half Italian....the other half is Danish...my ancestors, on that side, where also very...human...  :P

Thank God we're all more civlized than we once were.

I am the descendent of Vikings who stopped over in Scotland for a few centuries before continuing their westward trek to the Tennessee mountains and Native Americans who fell for their charms. (I think I just figured out why I don't do well in "civilized" society.) I always feel cheated when I have to check "white" on a race box, which is taxonomically incorrect anyway. Skin color indicates "breed" not "race," and though I carry more than enough Native American DNA to qualify as a member of the Cherokee Nation, I would never express that on any demographic form as I have curly hair, a thick beard, and fair skin (the Vikings are conquerors even in genetic expression). Regardless, there is ONE race, the human race, and our natural tribalism/nationalism needs to be recognized for what it is: insecurity, and to paraphrase Gunny Hartman from Full Metal Jacket, we are ALL equally worthless.

We all have checkered pasts.  My mixture of Scottish, Germanic and British heritage has plenty of unseemly activities through the centuries.  I agree, we are all equally worthless and at the same time possess great potential for good.
