I am going to have a bunch of BaCHbirds refinished.
But I can't decide which colors to use.
I looked up the Gibson custom color chart at Jules' website.

What are your favorites? You can choose three options.

I think my choice would be Pelham Blue, Inverness Green and Silver Mist. (although I have never seen Silver Mist on a NR Tbird...)

I like your choices, but I think my choice would be Pelham Blue, Inverness Green and Cardinal Red. I also like Heather Poly which is nothing like the sample above.

I don't like the lighter colors at all. Frost Blue, Kerry Green and Polaris White would all be avoided if possible.

I think almost all colors look good on a NR. This bodystyle is one of the most versatile, you can paint it a nice light green and go surf all day or go black/white and rock all night.

But if I had to choose only 3, I'd agree with Pelham Blue, Cardinal Red and Inverness Green, in this particular order ofcourse! ;)

My choices Polaris White, Golden Mist, Cardinal Red
If it's nitro, the color change will keep things interesting on the white and the gold which goes from shoreline to champagne over time. Red is hot for rock.
I'd say avoid silver. Like a grey suit it strikes me as blah and boring.
Contrary to what James Bond says, a good Gibson should be stirred, not shaken.

My very first Gibson was a '66 Thunderbird NR, in white. After I sold it, I ran across it again.  Bob Gorny, in Chicago, had refinished it in silver.  I have to agree that silver is not a finish I care for.

I want an Inverness Green one so bad!

I picked that, Pelham Blue and standard burst.
