now that is one mfbeautiful lookin' bass geetarr esp including the fact that it has pickups of that breed. I wonder what the weight is of the mahogany one....and color options.

That's true, but probably not quite so beautiful after looking at the price.   :-\

The worst is its resale value, as with everything that doesn't got a big name in headstock.
But it is beauty, especially in this color. There, I said it.

I think the Lull basses look pretty hot.  Modern yet they draw inspiration from the classics.  The prices are also breathtaking.

Didn't the Lull come first? I recall (Fraülein) Mark talking about this design a couple of years ago after visiting Lull's shop.

It has been around awhile, tho I don't recall specific dates. Mike was talking about this back when the Thunderbird project was getting started, it's a logical enough follow on. With regards to his prices, pictures just don't do justice to the quality of his work, and at some point he'll retire from the business, I'm really proud to own one of his instruments, to have him work on my basses and to be associated with his work as an endorser.

Mark, do you think he'll sell just the pickups? I have a project and theybwould be perfect. The body on my project is Danish Alder.
