I've seen a couple of historic Firebirds from that era, nothing with a finish like this. Reminds me of the G&L Bowling Ball finishes.

The historic collection was made to vintage original specs. This could mean different neck profile, pickup specs, hardware etc. For example, the historic LPs had the long neck tenons Gibson used in the 50s. I think they are now called Custom VOS.

I thought those swirl finishes were supposedly inspired by the Nashville Flood, but this one predates the flood by quite a few years if the description is accurate.

The CS2 in the serial number means this a custom shop regular production model from 2002.
