That's a plywood bodied Electromatic Junior Jet bass. $244 new at MF, I've seen them on sale for $200. Like new for $125 is a good deal if you like these.

That Gretsch 2202 has an excellent pickups - it's a TV Jones design. It's very hot and sounds great.  That's a good price for a clean one.  They're 30" scale and balance nicely.  BIG bass ound from a small bass, and the workmanship is nice.  This model is twice the bass that a Squier Bronco or Epi EB-0 is.

I was playing the 1222 (2-pickup, 34") version for three hours at a practice this afternoon.

In fact, I have that pickup in my Bronco.  Makes it a great bass.
