Nice. Whats different from the proto, beside the bridge?

Dillion guitars made smething like this a while ago.  I actualy bought one.  has three pickups and switches like Brian's guitar.  Not a bad bass.  I will have to take a picture or 2.  Korean made IIRC and cost me 350-400 IIRC.  here is stock pics

prototype has different bridge indeed and other controls. Prototype is V/T and 3-way switcht. Production model is VVT like a Jazz Bass or T-Bird.

That was actually my exact bass, pictures taken on The Dude's blanket (should look familiar to most of us). Like Jim said, not a bad little bass, but didn't care for the three pups that close to the neck. That and Dude actually gave me a great deal for it.

Yes bridge. And black tuners.
But what bugs me most is the big plastic pot knobs.
I think the two metal knobs plus toggle switch look much sexier.

But it's an easy fix.

I just wonder who's going to buy it. 715GBP for a sort of Gibsonish bass with a famous guitarist's signature on the headstock?

...and 20 $ Artec pickups...

Basvarken

What makes you think those are Artecs?

The bridge pickup looks like a Burns pickup.
The neck pickup might be an Artec.
Nothing wrong with those anyway.

I know, i like the Artec mudbucker. I'm just saying that it might be a little to expensive just because it's got written B.M. on it and maybe they build it with cheap components. But i can't know, just supposing.
