Why would anyone with an almost 100% original 53 Precision put it on CL for less than half its worth?

Devils advocate: the market is extremely slow right now, even worse than when the recession first hit, and the fact that the bass has a repaired Jazz route automatically destroys any "investment grade" potential, however this one still has a MAJOR case of 'looks too good to be true.'

It is extremely slow, but even a routed 53 should bring a lot more than that. Whenever something that rare shows up on CL it always makes me wonder.
