She did have a couple of pics of where she was holding an ancient 4000. Who wants to bet that she ever actually owned it?

I highly doubt she owned that 4000 but the whole episode pops up in my mind every time I see a 4000 with that gold guard. Hers was a highly entertaining meltdown mostly because it was so strange.

She joined a number of bass and recording forums around 2002-2003 and disappeared from all of them a couple of years later. Her husband owned a small recording studio, he disappeared from recording forums about the same time.

She would claim she owned basses that actually belonged to others. She was banned from the Pit after getting caught claiming another member's bass was hers. There was a lot more that didn't add up, although she apparently did play bass in her husband's band.

Interesting mod. It's the opposite of the 4000 - Petersson's Ric only has a neck pickup.

She got caught when she posted a photo of "her" bass with a background that was identified as another Pitter's back yard :-)

This past March 19th would have been The Dudepit's 10th anniversary.  I think I was member #9 and joined shortly after being banned by a forum that specialized in all things 7ender.  :P

No, not mine.  There was a rear deck with timber steps.  I can't remember who it belonged to though
