offered in two string spacings but a bit pricey @ $180 for both items.
I can be true to you sweety until I find a nice medium scale with great breasts. ... CW

Very interesting. Kind of ugly or at least modern looking. Wonder if it retro fits thunderbirds??

OldManC

If that came in chrome I might give it a whirl.

been walking around this photo and i believe i would rather have a black powder painted Dasson with this tailpiece or one of those Carlo 2 piece bridges in black.

it is available in chrome and gold too George.

They told me they were working on a modern-looking 2 piece bridge when I chatted with Bill.  I think it looks pretty good, but the price is a bit high.  You can get the Warwick 2 piece bridge for $100 or less, as a comparison.  Where did you see it CW?
I'm fixin' a hole where the rain gets in..........cuz I'm built for a kilt!

Looks nice, like most of their stuff, but I'm not sure what the application would be except for maybe a custom bass. Wish their Ric bridges had those runners between the saddles.

$100 for the Warwick seems like a steal.

I order the Warwick bridge from a place in England.  It may have gone up since last year, but it was $100 including shipping.

It looks like it's an excellent, well engineered bridge and I love Hipshot but ewwwww! it's just not pretty!  Give me the stodgy, old looking one any day.  Given the choice I would take the Warwick.

$180. is full retail. Hipshot doesn't undercut its retailers. There are places where you can buy their bridges for 20% off or more. If you can get them to order or carry this one, the same would apply.

The tailstop looks upside down.  :-\

Good point. I often buy Hipshot stuff from Bass Parts Resource or through an Allparts dealer.  There are discounts to be had, but the bridge/tailpiece would still retail at $140 with 20% off.  Still pretty high in my mind.
