I remember going to concerts here in High School, I remember seeing Mahogany Rush there. My dad use to take us there. Could not compete with Cedar Point or King's Island I guess?

It's really creepy now all over grown. It reminds me of one of those "Life After Man" shows.

Cool erie !  We have a similar park here that has been operating I think since the late 1800's Dream Land now Seabreeze Park.  Seabreeze has a operating wooden coaster The Jack Rabbit that dates back to around 1924 also !

We have a Merry-Go-Round in a city park here which was removed from an amusement park which closed in 1910 or so. One of the horses was featured on a USPS stamp a few years ago.

Sea breeze had a beautiful Philidelphia Tobogan Co. 1910 carrosel that burned about 10 years ago, some idiots working on the roof set it ablaze, my Dad used to run it as a teenager.

Hey, GoT, thinking about defunct establishments, is the old Cadillac/LaSalle dealership still standing on Rochester? I saw it in '86 when I drove up there with my dad. Seems like it wasn't too far from the Eastman Museum.

Cool, thanks. I seem to remember that it was near a bridge underwhich a major road crossed through the city. The building had mostly glass front with "Cadillac" and "LaSalle" in gold lettering above them. Neat place!

Yeah, but a look in the mirror before you go out the door is always a good idea.
