I know they are a US budget brand but they don't appear over here very frequently and I have not got access to check - presently a BIN at £185 with a start of £175 - that might seem high to my US colleagues (for s/h) but most American brands you change the $ for a £ and they sell with the same figures behind them...

I don't know about this particular model but all the Tursers I've seen have been very good value.

i have a few turser beatle basses.  bodies and neck are fine. Very solid    Actually plays better than my 65 hofner club but not my newer CT beatle.  pickups are nothing special.  string spacing is always tight on their basses if that is an issue for you.    this one looks well made.  IMHO hate floating bridges......

My first (EB2 copy) had a floating bridge so I was fairly used to that...

I had a Turser copy of a '54 P bass that was really a good instrument...only sold it because it duplicated another bass I had.  All the comments I've read about their semi-hollows have been pretty positive, too.  I've been very tempted by that specific model myownself.

I also had the JTB-401 (the '54 P Bass copy).
It was a solid bass - I only sold it because there was a guy who wanted a natural one really bad, and they were tough to get at the time.
Otherwise, I'd still have it.  Sounded great and was light as a feather.
