Back on the old Late Night With Conan O'Brien show he did a skit that featured postage stamps commemorating the visit of Queen Elizabeth to the USA.  The final 3 stamps showed George W. presenting The Queen with:

A Pearl Necklace
A Cleveland Steamer
A Rusty Trombone

All 3 showed her receiving a real necklace, model ship and trombone, but it went over most of the audiences heads.
