What...!?!? Rob has something Uwe has failed to acquire...!?!?!?

(Rob... batten down the hatches, open up the floodvalves in the dykes, blockade the borders, and FAST...! He may instigate a Fourth Reich... :o

Staring at that event horizon is a dirty job, but someone has to do it; something's going to come back out of it one day...

Presence of that bass beyond German borders is a constant provocation.
We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...
From techno seeds we first planted ... evolved a mind of its own ...

Better: Uwe acquired it for me!

Now that is a friendly neighbour.

Someday I want an Explorer. But I'm not sure if just maybe I want a Destroyer even more. I like this design a lot.

Yeah, I keep thinking about smoothing out the body lines if I do a refin but they're growing on me.  32" scale is not bad either.

Nah... that just means he has an excuse to sent the troops in any time he pleases... ;D

I actually hate them.
I prefer large string post tuners over those flimsy small ones.
Stringing (and precise tuning) those shorties is way easier with large post machine heads.

It's the smartest modification the previous owner did on my "prototype" Les Paul Bass...

I'd always thought that this one was the prototype bass.

Thank goodness for that, I've already broken one set trying to figure it out... 8)

My '73 Hobbit had the holes for the origional two post bridge plugged & a BadAss bridge installed before I bought it. Not to mention a poor frontal refin. (Looks better in picture?)

My '65 EB-0F was sort of refinished before I bought it. My intent is to have it refinished back to its origional color someday.
