I'm starting a new topic on this to make it shorter than the old one.
I guess you have seen the new birds from Bach in the Bachbird topic http://bassoutpost.com/index.php?topic=434.1350
Should we give it a try, listing who's really interested?

I'm in for one.

It sounds like they might already be developing one. I think it was Rob that mentioned it in the other thread. That'll be cool if they do. All you lefties will have a new toy!

Ah, here it is:

Iome

I just need to know one thing. Is the bridge mounted straight or at an angle?

??? i think you better ask in the other Bachbird topic....

Looks like the bridge is not at an angle. I doubt they'd change that for the lefty (like that little photoshop there).

leftybass

IF the bridge is NOT angled, I'm in.

The bridges are not angled in the righthanded series. It is very likely the lefties will be the same.
The bridge is wider than the original Gibson bridge. It allows for enough saddle travel to set proper intonation.

I'm in for a lefty with righty controls and would imagine some other people might be too. Or even no controls.
