Ironman looks pretty promising too.

Can't wait for Dark Knight, I keep hearing that Ledger gave the performance of a lifetime.
There are many in this world that call me Darrol, feel free to be apart of that group.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to Iron Man.  Robert Downey Jr. should be really good in the Tony Stark role.

Dark Knight is also supposed to be really good.

I've heard bad reviews about The Mist.  We missed it in the theater.  I've been waiting for that one for 20 years.  Hope the DVD won't disappoint me too much, but I've already learned that they changed the ending.  A lot.

I saw the trailer to 10.000 BC in the cinema - it was (unwittingly) hilarious and badly animated. Stephen Spielberg's Jurassic Park I, II and III are works of art in comparison.

Besides: No movie depicting ancient times that does not feature Raquel Welch can have any claim to realism (skip the dinosaur battle and go to 1.09 to hear the new film score!):

Ms Welch had real screen presence, I must say.
We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...

Mother, Juggs & Speed!

What more does one need.

Ever the perfectionist method actress, here Ms Welch painstakingly recreates some tribal dancing:

Yeah~ & Mr. Terrodactyl swoops Raquel! All Right! heh
Just saw the Midnight preview showing of 10,000 B.C.!!! It's even more AWESOME than I thot it'd be!!!
KILLER!!!! Omar Sharif is the Narrator. Class Act. Really EXCELLENT! That's all I'm gonna say.
Just go see it today!

Gwyneth is in IRON MAN!  Comin' in May!

Doesn't it look fantastic??!!?? Black Sabbath too!

The Dark Knight is gonna be FABULOUS too:

http://www.comingsoon.net/films.php?id=15813

Christian Bale as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Michael Caine as Alfred, & Gary Oldman again as Commissioner Gordon...also Morgan Freema & Aaron Eckhart --2 more fine actors!! ...& Maggie Gyllenhaal is hot!
The buzz is that Heath Ledger is really, really good as The Joker.
I understand that it was messin' with his mind to have to be so EVIL & that's why he was takin' so many sleepin' pills. Alas

There's another cool flick I gotta see in the next week (besides DOOMSDAY) & that's the one with Scarlet Johannsen & Natalie Portman!!

Lots of great flicks this year!!!!!!!!

QuoteThe Dark Knight is gonna be FABULOUS too:

They filmed that here in Chicago and on a lark a friend of mine went in for a casting call (not an actor, but a comic fan). He got a role as a cop!

Will have to see if he made it past the cutting room floor.

Iron Man looks good. Best casting ever. He plays the unlikable arrogant Stark perfectly. I loved Iron Man, but always dissliked Stark. Mandarian was always a really lame villian as well.

"Gwyneth is in IRON MAN!  Comin' in May!"

Ok, I know someone who will see it now, right Herr Moderator?

I was looking forward to seeing "10,000 B.C," too.  A few minutes ago I just read a review of it by Kurt Loder.  He said he would only recommend it to someone who hasn't seen a movie before in his whole life.

Great minds think alike. My first thought on seeing that 10,000 BC trailer was "where's Raquel Welch?"

I've never seen a Gwyneth Paltrow movie. But I rarely watch movies. Rather listen to music and play music.

Sadly it was messing with his head to the extent that he was still getting over it as he moved onto his next role. From what you can see in the trailer, he does do a pretty good job of joker.

The Transporter guy is the main character.
