Feel free to continue in a reasonable fashion.
We've taken too much for granted ... and all the time it had grown ...
From techno seeds we first planted ... evolved a mind of its own ...

To sell, or not to sell, that is the question...  ;)

I may still sell her for over double what I paid, that's just too tempting!!
Phil Winfield at Maverick Music has assured me he can get me 50k for her + a bit extra for him.
I don't have to sell her right away tho cuz my brother just passed away as I had mentioned might happen soon in the previous thread & this thread:

http://bassoutpost.com/index.php?topic=2690.0

So I've got about 50k more comin' in inheritance in addition to a fine box of pencils.  ;D
I'll dedicate some songs to my deceased bro if I ever play the Z onstage or on recordings & I'll dedicate some drawings to him tooo
If I go ahead & sell her soon I'll have 100k. Hmmmmm....

Who was it that said, "we are born, we die, and everything else between is ours..."

Hopefully he spent his time well...

Respects, Terry... may the BIG man go with you...

Thanks guys.
I really think the pencils idea is good.
Funny that one of my twin daughters thinks it's cool (she's an artist too) & the other thinks I'm an a**hat for considering it.
Not Guilty of disrespect or callousness, I really think it's cool & recycling IS the thing to do, y'know.

Ok~ Enuf sympathy & condolences here. If you want you can put 'em on the Instant Karma thread. This thread is now going back to the Zemaitis Metal Front that is so wonderful & still MINE.
MINE! Bwa--ha-haaaa

It's a masterpiece. Really wonderful guitar. Congrats!

This keeps echoing in my head & heart!! This ax really is a masterpiece.
The sales pitch now for Greco/Zemaitis is "Art With Strings"
There are finally some lefty ones available & I'll probly get one to see how it measures up to this original.
Maybe it'll make it easier to part with this one if indeed I have to.

Yes, it's a tool~ like those used by craftsmen. Yes, it's an instrument~ like those used by doctors.
Yes, it's even like a wife~ got that shape & sings so sweetly when I pluck her!
Yes, it's a trophy~ like a wild beast's head on the wall. ...but it ain't just a head; there's a neck & luscious body that head is connected to.
It's more like a trophy wife~ one you can show off & romp on & find hours of satisfaction with!
Hopin' I can hold on to her til my dyin' day.
Maybe I'll even get a job like ol' nofi suggested. Not a bad idea, really.
Hopin' to generate some good income with music & songs.
I've made most of my money with art & love it a lot but throughout my art career I've been wishin' I could be doing music too!!

May be gigging with a cool band soon so I'm still hoping to hang on to this fugger!

Also plan to get a gorilla suit & an XXXXL tux & do striptease.
Nothing's funnier than a gorilla in a red bow tie & matching thong!
Saw a guy do this in a HOLLYWOOD restaurant & he was in an' out in 10 minutes!
The whole place ROARED with laughter & the gorilla must have made 100 bucks!
I reckon I can make 5 hun a night easy, plus tips!  8) Maybe a thousand!
I could charge extra for special services at bachelorette parties.
Heck, I could maybe do it into my 60s & even 70s tooo heh

I wanna keep this ax & my '53 Gibson even if I have to keep living in my van to do it!!
I'll do just about anything to keep 'em!!

Anybody need anyone offed?
Just kidding.
