Self-defeating lawsuit?

Here's the story.

Maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way, but by filing a lawsuit over this, hasn't he proved their point?  8)

LOL!!! I love that! And being in a cover band, I see it on a weekly basis. Unbelievable what some of these chicks go out with.
