He'll live to regret it.

EDIT: LOL, I actually posted this before I saw the clip.  It's much like glasses recommendations: People tell you
"You're gonna see much better!" and I go: 'That is exactly what I don't want, leave it blurry.'
The alternative scenario is Edith telling me to have my hearing checked "You always turn up the music so loud!" and I reply "No way, if i heard better, I would have to turn it down."

( ;D Brian is singing live, the band isn't and he's much too loud in comparison.)

I'm terrible, I know.

No, it is in fact great that this was made possible.

Deleted after Dave gave the misrepresentation of caring for the hearing-impaired.

I'm sure that's a put-on, but I'm damn sure glad my wife doesn't sound like that, and especially that she doesn't go into shrill rants like that.

It's generally an "old aunt/grandmother at birthday parties"-thing. I've experienced it, everyone knows she's hard of hearing, but she seems to be having a great time and when you ask her how it goes with her new hearing aid, she beams at you and goes "Oh sweetie, I switched it off!:rimshot:

True story. We all go there.
