It's interesting to see how these cases play out. It seems as though the 335 body shape case has stalled...I haven't seen any updates on that.

Based on its product portfolio, I don't think Eastwood (the current owner of the Univox brand) cares much about I.P. disputes.

That Eastwood is a copy of a copy. And their stuff is not cheap
I'm expecting to see Eastwood copies.

There's an interesting group on fake Epiphones. I hadn't realized there were a lot of fakes out there.
