I’m curious how well the modules work.

That's what she said!

How easy are spare modules to find in the wild? Seems like quite a risk running old proprietary effects modules with zero OEM support. A fascinating idea in principle, almost ahead of its time, but hopefully the bass works 'neutered' without anything plugged into those ports if the modules are kaput?

It's a pretty cool bass,

i'll have more to say about it soon,

Reminds me somehow of a Burns Flyte in its design speak.

No basses this week.

This beauty lasted about 30 seconds before it disappeared. At $2,299 I think it was an absolute steal.

$3.5K and not even a volume knob or a kill switch? And the rear rout is for what, your weed?

That's weird. The pickguard shape looks like the route for the Tribute series Junior/Special. Even with no controls, you still would need access to the pickup to jack wiring. Maybe the top is solid under that pickguard with access at the rear rout. Vastly overpriced too.

I don't think you need access. They could rout for the pickup and drill from the jack directly to the rout.

This is the best Yes song I've never heard until it was posted here. Nice job by Owen Wilson on the keys  ;D
By the way, not sure if anyone made changes to the forum but videos are coming through on my new Samsung phone. Perhaps it was just an issue with Apple?
Contrary to what James Bond says, a good Gibson should be stirred, not shaken.

Well, you know once someone took a bite of the fruit it is bound to go bad really fast.  ;)

True, but I doubt they would do that. Easier with a rout.

Still no basses, but check out this Trini Lopez. Right-click, open image in new tab, and then enlarge.
