But shouldn't he be stroking his moustache und wear gun belts criss-crossed over his chest?

Risitas was a Spaniard, not a Mexican.

The Henry parody has him saying "rich white guys" as if he were a Mexican. That struck me as odd.

Yup, the Spaniards were more class- than race conscious. They did like to mingle.
