Looks like top condition. It's like a Höfner but you can correct the neck angle.

I never understood why only European guitars have zero frets. It's so logical and practical to have one. The zero fret gets leveled with the other frets, so you have perfect height, and the nut acts as a spacer. No more going sharp in the 1st fret with nuts cut too high, and no more guessing games when deepening the string slots in the nut with no option of going back.
