For Sweepman.

(apologies in advance, ducking for cover)

Basvarken

I don't think he sweeps very well

I think he could pierce ears without use of a pointed instrument.

Well... instead of brooms, he should have vacuums all over him, because he sucks.

Some folks should just try to spend a little time outside of their mother's basement.

I liked it! The guy has self-deprecating humor and his sweeping is none too bad, not exactly Satriani or Malmsteen class, but good enough. I don't have issues with it, if - like tapping - it's not overdone. He is obviously taking the piss, but I found it entertaining.

Some of these youtubers are making a living posting silly stuff like this. That Davie 504 has almost 5 million subscribers. I guess that could prompt some imitators to get desperate for clicks. I wish people put as much effort into making good music as they did making goofy clickbait.
Contrary to what James Bond says, a good Gibson should be stirred, not shaken.

I'm not sure that it pays as well.

Don't envy professional youtubers too much... most of the successful ones work at it nonstop, it is a very unstable livelihood (you never know when Youtube is going to change something that f***s you overnight) and the constant pressure for constant updates to maintain "relevancy" seems to burn people out at a ridiculously young age, causing (or exacerbating) a lot of mental health issues and breakdowns.

... sounds kinda like making a living from music :D

There's nothing on youtube that hasn't happened in real life before, just look here at 5:30:

I actually saw Satriani on that tour and I remember that solo well, I'll admit that - though I missed Ritchie at the time - I found it impressive and tastefully done.
