Rolling Stones fan accuses the band of discriminating against disabled people

He also filed against the promoter.

The band doesn't control the venue or the ticket prices. If the venue doesn't meet standards for handicapped access, that's a valid issue, but you don't have a human right to a ticket at a price you want and in a location you want.

He's a retired administrative law judge. He ought to know better.
