I read an excerpt from that interview. He said something like he had taken a vow of poverty as a blues artist.  ;D  Poor Joe, he can hardly afford even one guitar https://jbonamassa.com/features/guitar-collection/

Is he right about the new ownership or is he just continuing to promote Gibson and hoping for the best? We'll just have to wait and see.
