I absolutely love that color...wow. BUT....I hate the idea of a ridiculous up-charge for a paint color.

Up charge is for the color, the checker binding, and the special run for the retailer. You expect them to not charge for it?

The list price is $2699 -- $500 more than a regular 4003. Not bad for checkerboard binding. They show 8 in stock, so it must be a very limited run.
