If I ever refin my white '73 Ric (been toying with the idea), I may go for paisley. But without the burst edges. It should be easy to apply wallpaper material to a flat and bound top.

On the old Dudepit there was a guy (is he here?) with a white P-bass with a grey paisley pickguard.. looked great!! I believe it had a Darkstar in it.
