We have a couple of cancer survivors in our family.  One was pretty far along, and her treatments were extremely debilitating... but she made it through and shes doing great today.  Just know that there is always hope.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Yes, I am also a cancer survivor and I can tell you from that experience that maintaining a positive attitude is a MAJOR factor in success. I know this is an incredibly stressful situation for you and your family but do everything you can to help her to stay focused on recovery and positive morale.

Hang in there.

Thinks are not looking great, the procedure was supposed to re-grow her own stem cells which should be at 50,000 or so. Hers are at 490, last count, so it looks they will have to repeat the procedure. Hopefully she will have the strength to hang on.

We are unable to visit or see her during this due to her immune system is non existent. All I can do is wait for updates.

Thoughts and prayers from my family to yours. Having just received the news that my Father has been diagnosed with Cancer, this hits home. Be strong and stay positive. Need something? Just ask .....

I hope the second procedure takes. As always John our thoughts are with you. I just lost my cousin Cheryl on Tuesday to cancer, she was only 55.
