What's a "normal" range for a 66 Rivoli? ???
I thought they were +- $1,500

This one is a 96 reissue. I had to read it a few times to see the date correctly. Went for $560, probably about right. It seems the Grammy connection didn't add much value.

I'm not surprised. A bass with a pseudo-psychedelic paint job that was used once by a country/rock band that never had any commercial success is not likely to bring a higher price.

That's too bad about the price. I thought it was a cool piece. Just a bad time to sell anything right now. I always loved this one by The Mavericks.
